First of all, sorry again for going MIA. Work and life in general has been pretty hectic. Also, I’ve been a bit down lately and I haven’t been in the mood to get online.

But, this post isn’t about me, so let me stop with the rambling and point you to the Supernatural Season Premiere Spoiler Photos that the amazing Cynthia posted at SFUniverse. Aren’t they great? Don’t they make you want more? That’s why today is a Supernatural fans happy day!

Supernatural – Spoilers for episode 4.03

…plus a little note on episode 4.02. After the cut!

So, first, let’s talk about episode 4.03. This episode is called Monster Movie. Eric Kripke, creator, head of writers and producer of Supernatural promised a homage to the horror movies from the 30’s and I’m pretty sure this is it. I’ll have more about this one soon. For now, I can tell you that there’s a Dracula out there.

Regarding episode 4.02, there’s still no information about the title of the episode, but I know it was written by Sera Gamble, one of the main writers of Supernatural, who’s been on the staff since the beginning and it revolves around vengeful spirits, a theme that thes how hasn’t touched since season 2.

According to EW, Jeff Goldblum is replacing Chris Noth in Criminal Intent’s 8th season.
Vincent D’Onofrio is still in talks to come back for another season as Bobby Goren.
I remember back in the day when D’Onofrio said he’d only stay in the show for five seasons, but well, William Peterson said the same about CSI.

Criminal Minds Fanatic reported that Jeff Fahey will be joining Luke Perry on Criminal Minds episode Minimal Loss.

And, in case you’re wondering, the blog lists all regular actors from the show on the episode, so, hopefully, nobody we care about died in the season finale explosion.

First of all, I’d like to apologize for my absence. I’ve been extremely busy with my daily job and on top of that, I had to finish my final project for college. Now, with college out of the way (thank God!) I hope to find time to post here.

Supernatural Season 4 Episode Title

Lazarus Rising

If you know the story of Lazarus from the Bible, you know this is promising, hopefully for our beloved Dean.

And, on a sad note for many, according to TV Guide, Katie Cassidy is no longer part of the Supernatural cast. I know it was reported last month that she’d be back but, according to Kripke, due to budget problems (the exchange ratings between the US and Canada have been unforgiving) they had to let her go.

Good luck for Katie in her future projects and thank you for dedicating yourself to my favorite show.

Jared and Friday the 13th

It’s all about Valentine

Well, kind of.

My Bloody Valentine 3D’s writer Todd Farmer visited the set of the movie (he also got a small role in the movie) and post some of his impressions on his blog.

He talks about the cast, the crew, the producers, the whole nine yards. He even talks about Kerr Smith’s audition! It’s really interesting. You should really go read the rest of his entry.

Now, since I’m a big Jensen Ackles fan, I have to quote this particular part of his report.

And speaking of dreamy…Jensen Ackles. Good lord. No fella should be that good looking. And that deep voice of his? Swoon. Mel adored him on Smallville, which led to our watching Supernatural where I was introduced to his talent. I like Supernatural. I like him in the show. But I just didn’t expect the performances I’ve been seeing. I guess I was prejudging the good looks. Sue me. We’re all bastards in our own way. His role is one of those challenging rolls that can be played vanilla or stunning. It’s a risk for an actor to take on a roll like this. I once saw an actor not only lose his job but I personally rewrote his character out of the script because the actor had gone with vanilla. Jensen went with stunning. I watched him shoot a scene on night two that gave me goosebumps. Patrick refers to him as a young Steve McQueen.
